Born and raised in the Principality of Liechtenstein I grew up playing tennis and dancing. For me, exercising always was just something that you did to stay active.
It wasn't until I found Yoga during my exchange year in Toronto, CA, that I started to realize that movement means more to me than just getting a workout done. It's about connecting to the here and now.
Aside from the physical changes I soon started to see changes in my thought patterns and my perspective on life in general: more serenity, contentment, patience with myself and others. Yoga has also helped me to deal with any hectic work situation that come from working as an administrative assistant at a law firm.
Eager to learn more about myself and the practice, I signed up for my first 200h Teacher Training (Inside Yoga) in 2017, which was followed by a 100h Budokon Mobility training in Miami, Florida. I resonated with these schools, because they take the traditional principles of yoga/martial arts while also going with the evolution of movement. They always keep learning and improving their techniques to create a functional practice.
I love to incorporate different styles in my practice and teachings with the goal to create a strong and graceful way of moving, including modern alignment and adjustment techniques.
