In my 9-to-5 role as an academic developer, I help university leaders and staff develop positive learning experiences for students. I also conduct education research, and write scholarly papers and book chapters.

I am passionate about creative writing, mindfulness & contemplative education. My work has been published in Victorian Writer, Peril Magazine, The Age, TEXT and international journals. I am developing a middle-grade novel set in Japan. My PhD research explores strong emotions in the creative writing process through the lens of mindfulness.
