I am a graduate from the University of Helsinki with a Master of Science in Food Biotechnology.
While at the University, I developed and excel my skills in certain areas such as Fermentation technology, Dairy technology, and LAB starters.
My experience in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Gene technology, Protein characterization & assay methods, and Enzyme technology has greatly contributed to the development of my academic skills, critical thinking, observation, and time-management skills.
