Shrestha has graduated with honors in Doctorate and Masters in Business Administration and has expertise in ISO Certification, management, business, and HR consultation with 8+ years of experience. A prowess trainer with practiced leadership, he possesses mastery in accounting and finance, research and development, and communication. As the founder and CEO of Nepal Realistic Solution, he has achieved incredible milestones by expanding NRS into NRS Karmakar, Padnus, and Job Portals (Kathmandu, Butwal, Pokhara, Chitwan).
