Roshaun Mingo

I was born in a little town in Lancaster, SC back in the day. My life was interesting growing up helping neighbors with odd jobs until one day the lady I was working for at the time introduced me into my world of foods. It wasn't long until I realized my new born passion.
Long story short, I was soon catering to soldiers in the Army for 12 years. Once I obtained experience I went to Fort Lee to compete in best Army team chefs. My knowledge of food has improve my skills with the attitude that I can essential develop new recipes that work.
After military service, I attended North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC where I am a junior majoring in Hospitality and Tourism.
Actually, I spend all of my time researching food ideas and menus that will work well with each other. I loving traveling to different locations and eating at local restaurants that are not common where I am located.
