Serves as the primary point on research, development, execution and enhancement of Diversity and Inclusion Business Resource Group programs and initiatives that support TBS, Inc. business objectives. Provides strategic direction, counsel and subject matter expertise to the Business Resource Group executive leaders in order to assist in developing and integrating diversity goals and strategies into business planning, processess and practices.

Provide HR consultation and management in the execution of the Diversity and Inclusion strategy for 17 Business Resource Groups in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles and Miami. Responsible for the review and approval of all of the design, development, communications and implementations of a variety of Business Resource Group programs and experiences including: Consulting, Program Management and Program Design.

Key Accomplishment: Under my leadership TBS, Inc., Business Resource Groups was awarded top ten 2013 Best Company for ERGs by Upward Synergy at the National ERG Summit.
