Im 21 and currently live in the beautiful town of Ashford.
Im generally cheerful and enjoy interacting with others both as part of a team in the office and over the phone with customers. I like to think outside of the box which often leads to me finding new ways to deal with problems. I believe honesty is the best policy and this is my secret weapon when dealing with customers as like a smile you can also sense falseness over the phone!

At the moment I am working for my parents company as a part time cleaning supervisor however this is just a stop-gap which was convenient for a short time but I am now looking for a full time job back within the travel industry.

I was previously a travel consultant for a small tour operator based in Cranbrook but i was unfortunately made redundant due to a relocation.
My real passion is travel I love holidays both laying on the beach sipping cocktails and rushing through a city seeing all the sights and history.
I find it very easy to build a rapport with customers when discussing travel as it is something i am genuinely enthusiastic about.

I am also passionate about great customer service and am proud of my ability to make sure every customer who speaks to me hangs up with a smile on thier face.

I have previous experience selling holiday extra products as at my previous company we sold Holiday extras insurance policies and would recommend yourselves for airport parking, hotels and lounges. I am also familiar with your products from using them myself whenever I travel.

I feel this role was made for me as from friends working at the company I am aware of the excellent working enviroment and feel this would suit me in return I would deliver excellent customer service and ensure that customers continuously come back for all their holiday needs!
