I'm an art historian by trade, having completed by BA and the University of Cambridge and my MA at the Courtauld Institute of Art with distinction in every paper. For the former I specialised in contemporary art and wrote my thesis on museum architecture. At the Courtauld I studied with Professor Julian Stallabrass on his course entitled Documentary Reborn, and looked at the history of photography from 1920 to the present day, although my papers were varied and my thesis looked at the thought of Walter Benjamin in relation to the documentaries of Guy Maddin.

I'm now studying for my Masters of Education degree at Harvard Graduate School of Education with Steve Seidel, and am combining my interest in art history with my experience in education. I am also working part time as a an educator for Harvard Art Museums, and am looking to return to the museum sector when I arrive back in the UK in July 2015.
