Rosie Halvorson has lived in CA all her life. Attending local Schools such as Arlington High School and Riverside Community College. She has been active continuously in real estate for the last 17 years. She got her real estate start at First American in Riverside in 1993. She has had the opportunity of working at numerous positions in the industry such as Title, Escrow, Lending, Real Estate Sales, Title Rep, etc over her career. After working in Riverside until 1998 she relocated to the financial district of San Francisco to work in Escrow at Old Republic Title Co. She was transferred to the Glendale, CA offices a year later.

Countrywide Home Loans extended their welcome to her Escrow team and the transition to lending eventually presented itself. After 5 years with CHL she moved on to a brokerage to do Home loans AND sell real estate. After her office closed 4 years later she transitioned to Re/Max and then finally to her home, PG & Associates.

Rosie is active in her community volunteering with "Think Together" after school tutoring, and is currently a part time student finishing her degree in Chemistry. She enjoys golfing, cooking, and has traveled extensively with her husband to learn about diverse cultures. Her next trip will be to Egypt in the summer so she is working hard to learn arabic.
