I'm a London based coeliac training to be a Dietitian who is also a gluten-free: nutrition blogger, cook and supper club host.
I started this blog when I realised that although there are lots of gluten-free alternatives on the market, many are relatively unhealthy being high in refined sugar and empty calories. Using my nutrition knowledge this blog investigates simple ways to optimally nourish the body, enhance good digestion, and live life in a way that boosts all round health.
My recipes are all gluten, wheat and sugar-free using fresh ingredients to create meals which are delicious and packed full of nutrients.
Nutrition is a complex science which is often undermined and exploited via fad diets, wild health claims and rogue 'experts'. Although I am still learning, I aim to analyse nutritional topics critically using evidence-based science, translating it in a way for everyone to understand.
