Rosie is Director, Philanthropic & Donor Partnerships (and also currently Interim Director of Development) at Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. She recently returned from a 12-city Canadian national tour with the organization's commemorative 2015 project, The Sir John A. Tour, working as Writer, PR and Social Media Manager.

She is a founding member of Toronto's artist-led musical theatre company Theatre 20, and served as their General Manager from 2009-2015.

A graduate of Carleton University’s Journalism program (Arts Criticism & Reporting/Public Relations), Rosie has held such positions as Publicist at Harbourfront Centre, Publications Editor & Publicist at the Canadian Stage Company, Manager of Public Relations & Corporate Communications at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts and Director of Public Relations at PEI’s Montgomery (Watermark) Theatre.

She has also worked extensively in indie theatre - in the past few years as a producer, but past roles include everything from publicist to makeup artist, chauffeur to translator, with companies such as Common Descent, Next Stage Theatre Festival, Theatre Revolve, The Sweat Company, SummerWorks, Toronto Fringe Festival and Fence Post Productions.

She is a freelance writer, editor and PR/communications consultant and seasoned guest speaker, having appeared at York University, Carleton University, Seneca College and Humber College, as well as other arts industry special events and panels.
