Rosie is Project Coordinator, Theatre at Confederation Centre of the Arts in Charlottetown, PEI.

She is also creator/producer of The PEI Pay-What-You-Can Theatre Festival, a mentor with Holland College business and performing arts programs, and a volunteer with various organizations serving the Island's queer community.

She is a founding member of Toronto's artist-led musical theatre company, Theatre 20 (now Eclipse Theatre), and served as their General Manager and Producer from 2009-2015.

A 2016 graduate from the UK's National Arts Fundraising School and alumna of Carleton University’s Journalism program (Arts Criticism & Reporting/Public Relations), Rosie has held such positions as Publicist at Harbourfront Centre, Publications Editor & Publicist at the Canadian Stage Company, Manager of Public Relations & Corporate Communications at Meridian Hall and Director of Public Relations at PEI’s Watermark Theatre.

Her first work with the Confederation Centre was in 2015 with a 12-city national tour of a new musical, working as Writer, PR and Social Media Manager. She recently left her position as Treasurer of the PEI Chapter of theCanadian Association of Gift Planners after serving five years whileworking as the Centre's Director of Development, Director of Philanthropic & Donor Partnerships, and Director of Donor Relations. In 2021, Rosie moved to the Theatre Department, where her true passion lies.

Rosie has also worked extensively in indie theatre - almost exclusively as a producer in the last decade - but also as everything from publicist to makeup artist, chauffeur to translator, with companies such as Common Descent, Next Stage Theatre Festival, Theatre Revolve, and Screaming Beaver Productions.

In her spare time, Rosie loves to spend time with her three rescue animals (2 dogs + bird), crafting, reading, tending to houseplants, and puttering around her little cottage in Johnstons River.
