"Frankie Oatway Actor " My name is Frankie Oatway. And im from London i was born and grew up in London. i was told i could leave school at the very young age of 13. Because of problems with my education abilities. At this time in my life i new the only thing i could do was to try and find work but the age i was made things very difficult. As well as not having any qaulifications. So i decided to work in the markets selling fruit and veg and flowers and all manor of jobs. To try and keep some money coming in to help my mum as my dad passed away when i was 13. This left me to learn to grow up very fast although i was still feeling the pain of loosing someone so close while i was so young. i continued to be positive and decided i wanted a new direction in my life so i joined the army. And i wanted to be the best so i joined the Parachute Regiment. i have great memories as a soldier in the British Army. And when i left i decided to apply for a job at the BBC And i was pleased to find out i got the job. After spending many years as a set builder i then became a builder in the construction industry .Again after many years and working hard i had a collection of properties and at this time in my life. i decided to immigrate to Australia and start a new life. Little didi i know i was going to be discovered as an actor while having a drink in a bar one night. While in Sydney after someone over hearing me speak. This person turned out to be a casting director for a major TV drama series called "Underbelly" .After asking me if id like to go along for an audition. And later i was told i got the part in the series my life took a completly new direction. What followed was something some people only dream of. I was discovered in the USA and while there picking up a series of films to be shot later this year. Now back in London. After traveling the globe. My luck is getting better by the day little did i know that im now getting noticed here in London. im now based between the USA and London. Because of projects im involved in.
