Ross S. White

I'm a Manager in the Center for Healthcare Regulatory Insight at KPMG where I provide analysis and strategic guidance on regulatory and policy matters related to healthcare system transformation. I previously served as Senior Project Manager in the Center for Health Policy at The Brookings Institution where I researched and coordinated work on health care system delivery and payment reform, particularly Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs). I also worked for three and a half years as a research assistant and Public Policy Associate for The Hastings Center, a bioethics and policy research institute, where my work focused on a number of health and science policy issues including health care reform, synthetic biology and other emerging biotechnologies, and personalized medicine. I have an MA in public policy with a concentration in philosophy and social policy from The George Washington University and a BA in political science and medical humanities from Davidson College.
