Ross has spent 35 years working on four continents in the telecommunications and IT industries, he’s worked in many countries often in companies where the beliefs and values of the workforce were not aligned to those of the wider company, he’s overcome challenges of culture and always focussed on outcomes to drive performance across the whole organisation. He has constantly challenged himself to accept there’s many ways to achieve a goal and that everyone’s journey is different.

Most recently Ross held the role Group Sales Marketing Director at a fast-growing pan-African telco, prior to that he held director, executive and sales leadership roles in one of the world’s largest telco’s where he was Chief Operating Officer for Africa and the Middle East, prior to that he held several director roles leading the sales & commercial functions in several African countries, Asia, The Middle East. Europe, North America, and India.
