Ross Cook

My name is Ross Cook, and I am a college student-athlete and aspiring male model from southern Illinois. Fitness and nutrition play huge roles in my life exemplified through resistance training six days a week and being very particular about the food I consume. Studying Business Administration at Lindenwood University, I ultimately want to open up my own business helping others achieve their fitness and nutritional goals. Along with modeling and acting, I want to leave my mark on the world, making it a better place in whatever way I can!
