Ross is a DUI attorney and persaonl injury attorney. He represents clients charged with DUI/DWI, assists clients with their driver's license at the MVA and litigates personal injury cases.

After passing the Maryland Bar Exam, Ross began his legal career as a prosecutor in the Baltimore City State's Attorney's Office. He prosecuted cases in the circuit, district and juvenile courts.

Ross was a frequent speaker at the Baltimore City Southern District Police and Community Relations Counsel.

Ross graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He earned a concentration in criminal practice and was an editor on the Law Review.

While attending law school, Ross worked for Travelers Insurance as an insurance adjuster. He was a member of the Specialty Liability Group and managed complex litigation involving asbestos, lead paint, trucking accidents, etc.

Along with the State of Maryland, Ross is barred in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

Ross earned a B.S. in Business Management from Bucknell University. He was a member of Bucknell's nationally ranked Division I lacrosse team.

He is a member of the Maryland Association for Justice and the Carroll County Bar Association.

Ross lives in Carroll County, Maryland with his fiance, Emily, and their three dogs: Bing, Brooklyn and Freddie.
