Rossana is a strategic service experience designer with international experience based in Milano. She works across different industries and she is interested in the impact of designing services and strategy on transforming organizations.She studied Industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano. Rossana has a background in Brand Design and Art Direction, UX design consulting, Service design.She is involved with project management, project delivery, workshop planning and facilitation, creative strategy consulting. Member of Architecta, member of She Tech, organizer of Ux book club Milano, fellow of Interaction Design Foundation, teacher and volunteer to spread design culture for interdisciplinary contamination and cultural exchange.She is open to collaborate with different industries, at the moment she’s founding a user-centered design community made of different job skills around changing.
