Current focus on is on recruiting technical professionals such as Developers (web, java, front-end, .net) Technical Project Managers (with digital/interactive/web), Visual Designers and User Experience candidates. I would as a recruiter with Roundarch Isobar and our offices are in Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Denver and New Your. I enjoy speaking with people about their career goals regardless if they are a fit for a current role, as I am of the mindset that although you may not be a fit now for Roundarch you may in the future or know of someone who is. I like to network and occassionally help out by connecting candidates with other recruiters that I know. I stay in contact with my candidates to make sure they don't think they fell into that "dreaded black hole" of recruiting.
