Rossette Coffee represents the pinnacle of India's specialty coffee movement. As award-winning roasters and distributors based in New Delhi, we specialize in sourcing, roasting and brewing some of the world’s most exquisite small-batch coffees.

Our experienced team carefully hand selects fine Arabica beans cultivated at Indian estates along with imported fair-trade, single-origin offerings from Ethiopia, Colombia and Guatemala. We then apply our signature roasting profiles to balance inherent fruit, floral, spice and chocolate notes.

The result is a collection of nuanced, sustainable coffees that showcase terroir and the incredible care of our farmers. These green beans then transform under our rigorously controlled drum roaster into the rich, aromatic foundation of our brews.

Our coffee bar features espressos, pour overs and seasonal specialties to enjoy in our cafe. We also supply wholesale coffee beans to discerning restaurants and hotels in the Delhi NCR region.
