Luca Rossi

I lead the firm's Europe, Middle East and Africa region, a role I assumed in January 2013.

Previously, I served as leader for the firm's Mediterranean unit and was a member of A.T. Kearney's Board of Directors. My area of expertise spans a wide variety of management issues, including growth and organization strategies, and large-scale transformation programs for leading telecommunications, manufacturing, and utilities clients.

I joined the firm in 1997. Prior to this, I worked for a major global bank. I am the author of numerous articles and the co-author of Davide Contro Golia (David vs. Goliath, Fazi Editore, 2006), an essay on niche strategies to foster growth in Italian companies.
