I knew at the age of six that I would be a painter. From that year in my life forward, I have been an artist. I was lucky. Blessed. Gifted. Whatever you want to call it. I HAD it from the beginning – the knowledge of what I was and what I would do –
and as I have worked diligently through the years, I like to think I have mastered it. It’s in my soul and it has to get out. Art chose me, so to speak, I did not choose art.
