Team Bravand is a digital agency. We're a collective of problem solvers that uses our combined skills to help organisations solve big, horrible, complex problems around their customers, their processes, and their communications.
Organisations come to Bravand with a problem, we get our heads around it, make our promise to solve it, and scope out the solution. Then we assemble the team with the required skills from our network, and lead them through the project to completion.
Clients of Team Bravand range in size and sector, and we seem to have amassed some particular capability and expertise working with charities, universities and retail.
Jilly Cross founded Bravand in 2012 with the guiding principle of treating employees like people. Ten years on, that principle is still very much at our core, EXCEPT that we never got round to actually employing many people. The vast majority of people that work with us to deliver projects for our clients work for themselves and, crucially, have other clients and projects outside of Bravand.
And why's that important? Because these people aren't institutionalised, they get to work on a broader range of clients and projects, and meet and learn from a bigger pool of talent. We (and, therefore, our clients) enjoy massive benefit from this working practice.
We're often told it's not what we do - lots of people can do what we do - it's the way that we do it. Our clients know we've got their back. The freelance talent we work with know that we've got their back.
