Rosye Cloud has spent over 20 years working as an advocate and public policy expert on issues related to veterans and military families.
She is currently the Senior Advisor for Veteran Employment at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Prior to joining VA, Rosye served as the White House Director of Policy for Veterans, Wounded, and Military Families, serving both the National Security Council and Domestic Policy Council.
From 1994 to 2012, Rosye worked for the U.S. Army, NATO, and the Office of Management and Budget. In those roles, she worked to improve program and project management for a variety of public policy areas including federal work force engagement, wounded warriors, and veteran employment.
