Hi, I’m Rosy. I’m a coach, entrepreneur and "doer of things" living on the Isle of Wight . I occasionally write and have a slightly unhealthy interest in the real detail and strategy of road cycling (which is much more interesting than just being the first one over the line). In the summer you'll always find me outdoors, and sometimes on the water. Living on the Island, sailing is something of a given, if you don't get seasick!
