Extremely disappointed with the customer service I received.
I ordered two pairs of shoes as a birthday gift for my partner. One pair arrived, but the second never did—even after two weeks of waiting. Her birthday is tomorrow, and when I finally called (after a 30-minute hold), I was told the second pair was sold out. No one notified me of this earlier.
I asked for a 50% discount so I could buy something else and have it overnighted. They refused, offered only a refund and a $30 coupon, and suggested I drive two hours to the nearest store. Seriously?
This experience felt like a complete waste of time. Had I known earlier, I could’ve made other plans. I’ll also be returning the first pair and won’t be shopping with Rothy’s again.
As a small business owner, I know how important it is to make things right for customers. If a major brand like Rothy’s can’t step up when it matters—especially after dropping the ball—it’s truly disappointing.
