Routouang Mohamed Ndonga Christian

Mr. Routouang, currently Chairman of the National Cement Company of Chad, previously served as Chad's Minister of Youth, initiating transformative reforms. Notably, he established Chad's inaugural fund for youth entrepreneurship, revitalized the national soccer tournament, orchestrated the national youth forum, launched the "50,000 Decent Jobs for Youth Initiative," and played a key role in adopting the integrated strategy for youth empowerment in Sahel.

In two years, Mr. Routouang fostered national unity through soccer, addressing unemployment with innovative solutions like bank guarantees for impactful entrepreneurs and sustainable alternatives through community volunteering and vocational training.

Known as "abana iyal" (the father of youth), he holds a special place in the hearts of young Chadians facing challenges like unemployment-driven vices.

His action-oriented approach earned support from the last two Presidents, leading him to a significant role in Chad's transition after President Idriss Deby Itno's passing. Heading the economic recovery thematic commission, he continues shaping Chad's trajectory.

As Chairman of NGO RJDLT, he actively contributes to entrepreneurial development, leveraging his expertise in youth empowerment. His role as an analyst and consultant in entrepreneurship positions him as a sought-after figure.

His memberships in global networks like GEN, IVLP, OYW, and LCI highlight his commitment to making a positive impact on a global scale.
