Rowan Lewis

Rowan Lewis is the pen name of a college English student and coffee enthusiast. She/They just began a blog dedicated to self-harm recovery. If you too have felt alone in breaking the cycle of self-harm or have ever wondered about the experiences of other recovering addicts (because yes, this phenomena can become an addiction), Rowan hopes that Shorts and Sleeves can be a resource in your search for comfort, validation, strength, healing, and (hopefully) good information. Rowan also hopes that this awkward third person bio won't scare away readers, and that she/they will get a good grade on next week's American Studies paper. Rowan is full of hope, and that hope, peppered as it is with pain and struggling, is something she/they intend to share through their blog.
