Rowan Schaaf

Rowan Schaaf is the CEO & co-founder of Pattern, a software consultancy based in Auckland, New Zealand. Pattern offers a range of software related sservices, including solution architecture, UX/UI design, software development, QA, and Cloud infrastructure.

Pattern offers solution design, development and support for a mix of government, and corporate customers. As CEO, Rowan Schaaf's main role is to assist customers with the development of digital strategies for their organisations.

Pattern can assist in the commercialisation of custom application builds, including B2B solutions, as well as consumer applications for the web and mobile. The company also has significant experience integrating legacy systems and a wide range of SaaS applications.

Before founding Pattern, Rowan Schaaf spent 3 years heading up digital at Ogilvy & Mather, and a further 3 years setting up and managing one of NZ's largest omni-channel retailers. He has won two TVNZ/Marketing Magazine awards, and lead teams to numerous digital accolades over a 30 year career in technology and technology marketing.
