Rowland Yohanna Goyit is an artist, curator, and cultural manager based in Abuja, Nigeria. He currently serves as Secretary-General of the Society of Nigerian Artists (SNA) and Special Projects Curator at Orisun Art Gallery. His curatorial practice is grounded in African cultural memory, decolonial aesthetics, and cross-cultural exchange, with projects spanning exhibitions, art festivals, and institutional collaborations. He has curated shows exploring identity, femininity, neurodiversity, and African modernisms, and has worked closely with embassies, academic institutions, and international partners. Goyit’s research engages traditional Nigerian art histories alongside contemporary practices, emphasizing the role of curation in repositioning African art within global knowledge systems.
