Hello, I’m Roxanne-Lisenn (Pelagie) Ibiso, a Customer Support Profesional with a genuine passion for people and a strong focus on ensuring customer feels heard, helped, and valued.

I have experience in remote customer service supporting clients across different time zones, cultures, and needs. This includes resolving complex queries, handling proactive customer communication and everything in between. I approach evey interaction with calmness, empathy and attention to detail, always aiming to create a positive experience on the other side of the screen.

I have worked with tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot, and I am comfortable adapting quickly to new systems and workflow as needed.

What sets me apart is my background in Nursing (BSC), which gave me a foundation in empathy, strengthened my ability to stay composed under pressure, communicate clearly and prioritize people in challenging situations. These aren't just soft skills for me, they are habits I carry into every role I take on.

Outside of work I continue to grow through learning and certifications, and I also engage in media and communications work on a voluntary and contract basis. I am based in Lagos, and open to remote opportunities worldwide.
