Roy Eui Cheng

Dr. Roy is an orthopedic surgeon with advanced training in the treatment of hip and knee arthritis. He completed a fellowship at MedStar Hospital in Washington, D.C., United States, and specializes in minimally invasive procedures, as well as partial and total hip and knee replacement surgeries. His approach to care is centered on understanding each patient’s individual needs, with the goal of helping them remain active, independent, and healthy.

Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Dr. Roy earned his Bachelor of Science in Human Biology, with a minor in Bioethics (Honors), from George Washington University. He went on to attend the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA through the Medical Scholars Program, where he received his Doctor of Medicine (M.D.).

Beyond his professional life, Dr. Roy is a devoted single father to twin children. Following the loss of his wife to breast cancer in 2022, he has continued to navigate both personal and professional responsibilities with resilience and determination. He remains focused on growth, purpose, and providing the best care for his patients while raising his family.
