Roy McKinnon

Let me first tell you a bit about myself if this is your first experience stumbling upon Roy McKinnon. I am the husband of Cindy and the father of Bronte and Tatum. I am the founderof a coaching and training company that goes by the name of bic concepts. bic stands for “Brothers in Christ” and the concept is just that, something conceived in the mind; thought, notion. I specialize in CEO and executive team development and organizational effectiveness. I have been speaking, coaching, consulting and writing about topics related to leadership, organizational health, change and corporate culture since 1997. Much of what I know and have learned I have come to know the hard way; by the mistakes made and the successes I discovered within those mistakes. Those who have worked with me know that I work with passion and determination. My style of coaching inspires and encourages team members’ feedback, resulting in effective ideas and solutions. Best of all, I help organizations reach their ultimate goal: satisfied customers and an improved bottom line. I help them discover who God made them to be and help them become comfortable in the skin they’re in. Simply put I help them discover their “sweet spot”. In 2011 I joined forces with Estrada Strategies, a Chino, California based coaching, training and monitoring company with locations though out the U.S. It has strengthened the coach in me and has become a great asset for clients and future clients.
