I am a manager capable of being involved in multiple projects simultaneously, from minor repairs to major installations, I have successfully managed the completion of multiple projects. I am very proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and the interface to SAP. I am an expert SAP user administrator for the equipment database and preventative maintenance modules and very knowledgeable of the inventory and purchasing modules. Currently Seeking employment. As a Biomed Service Manager, I directed twelve Biomed Technicians to maintain over 18,000 pieces of medical equipment at multiple facilities using a multi-million dollar budget. Since 1999 I have used SAP as the computer maintenance management system for (CMMS) preventative maintenance. As the SAP user administrator for Biomed, I altered the equipment database by requesting multiple queries and mass change programs. Using SAP, I was then able to run monthly reports to measure the technicians productivity. I managed the team to meet or exceed industry best practices. The SAP program was not initially set up to report equipment repair cost. With thorough investigation and testing, I changed the input methods to acquire the desired reports. The SAP program was not capable of producing the necessary reports to meet regulatory standards. I took the basic SAP program and implemented changes to the program that brought the program into compliance. I am passionate about adhering to the rules, but always keeping an eye out for a better way. I enjoy being involved in the whole picture, I get to know enough about each project to expedite the completion if it begins to slow down. I also enjoy being an encourager, I'm a people person, I want to know enough about you and yours to better know my staff and their capabilities. I currently have the blessing of watching my two grandchildren grow up. My 6 year old grandson is playing baseball and I am at every game. I attend a local church where I teach Sunday Morning Bible Study, which I thoroughly enjoy and I feel, is one of my gifts.
