My BHAG in life is to sell to a company for 50 million dollars 10 years after I finish my Commerce Degree. The company I would like to start would be a solar panel installation company that focuses on providing houses with cheap, reliable and affordable power.

I am the best in the world at analysing

My ability to analyse has been the most used skill in terms of my personal accomplishments and is my most developed and elite skill I posses. Knowing this in my company I will play to my strengths. The main competitive advantage my company will be based on operational efficiency. This will be achieved by making my key responsibilities in the company supervising and modifying operational processes so that they meet max efficiency.

Economic engine is profit per employ

In order to play to my strengths I will need to identify a variable so I can measure what the actual efficiency of the company is. I've decided that it will be profit per sale. I've selected this variable not only because of my strengths but the nature of the business I wish to run as well. I intend to start a solar panel installation company for homes.

Most passionate about analysis software

In my three years university my favorite courses have been those that involve the use of software such as excel and risk solver platform. I want to incorporate this technology into the company to help me analyse numerical data to help prioritize what processes I should focus on and the ways to most efficiently optimize them. One issue is that I am only familiar with on the most basic analysis software and will have to learn more about industrial grade related software.
