I co-founded T3 Advisors in 2001 because the existing commercial real estate model was broken. Since then, T3 has successfully advised more than 500 companies on a variety of real estate and workplace projects. In 2012, I helped create the world's first real estate superhero. T3 man is "saving the world from commercial real estate evil."
