Welcome to my corner of the digital world! I'm a consultant, coach, professional speaker, and passionate martial artist. I also run a private nonprofit organization dedicated to using martial arts to bring about transformative change.

At 40+, I’m living proof that age is just a number, thriving as an athlete and continuously pushing the boundaries of physical and mental excellence.

With a black belt in Kyokushin karate and years of experience in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, martial arts has been more than just a discipline for me—it's a way of life. This profound journey led me to start Mugen Dojo and Martial Hearts Collective. Through our programs, we aim to inspire and empower individuals, helping them discover their true potential and instill a sense of resilience, discipline, and confidence.

As a consultant and coach, I bring a unique blend of strategy, motivation, and actionable insights to my clients. My approach is grounded in the philosophies and rigor of martial arts, promoting a balanced and focused path to achieving both personal and professional goals.
