Was born and raised in Duluth Minnesota. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and the William Mitchell College of Law.

Bouschor practiced law in Tucson Arizona for fifty years, serving as a judge for eighteen years. he is a businessman, an international hunter, a traveler, and cofounder

of the International Wildlife Foundation, which built the prestigious International Wildlife Museum in Tucson.

Living in Arizona and Sonora, Mexico for many years, Bouschor hunted the Sonora border regions and is familiar with the border Problems that beset the United States.
