Roy Larson

Roy Larson grew up in Shoreview, Minnesota. In 1982, while a student at the University of Minnesota, he met his future wife. In 1984; he transferred to the University of Illinois at Chicago and married his college sweet heart (Chelly) in 1986. Roy graduated with a BA in Communications in June 1987 and later that year was ordained as a Christian minister. Roy and his wife began a highly successful 13 year career in full-time ministry. He and his wife led ministries in Chicago, Minneapolis, Boston and Madrid, Spain where they lived for 3 years. They began and mentored mission works in Western Europe and he and his wife excelled in recruiting and developing leaders.
In 1999; Roy and his wife made the decision to pursue other careers. Through a friend in the staffing industry; Roy was introduced to and hired by a global staffing firm in Southern California. He began to build highly successful contract staffing divisions providing contract professionals to a broad base of clients. In 2001, family circumstances called Roy and his family to transfer with his firm, back to Minneapolis. In 2003 and 2004, Roy achieved President’s Club for the firm, recognized as one of their most successful sales professionals in the world providing project financial professionals.
Roy left his highly successful role with the staffing firm in May, 2005, he then and joined a global CPA firm where he conducted searches and successfully placed many senior level internal employees in the Assurance, Tax, Risk Management, Technology, Strategy, Operations and Healthcare consulting practices.
In July, 2006; he launched his own business with the goal of being a new breed of staffing and recruiting firm. Roy brought a highly successful track record of precision placements while delivering value with values to his clients. Today he leads a highly talented and experienced team that has placed hundreds of IT and Finance professionals at numerous clients. entero has differentiated itself from every other firm in the market and is the first and often the only call many clients make for hiring resources. Roy and his wife have been married for more than 28 years and have been blessed with three sons. They are involved in numerous organizations that benefit the lives of others.
