If you are contemplating on a career as a trainer at a Registered Training Organization, the public sector, corporate arena or TAFE, you should get the TAE40110 Certificate IV. In spite of there being many courses in the training category that you can choose from, none covers what is offered in the TAE40110. This qualification has been made mandatory in Australia and trainers and assessors must upgrade to it before July 2013.
