Rozina Jumani, Director Academic Affairs and a Senior Development Consultant of Trainng and Development/ Strategic Planning & Capacity Building associated with education, training and development for past 18 years. With national and international degrees and honours, she has been serving both educational and corporate world in many aspects. She has provided mentoring and training to more than 7000 youth, adult, practitioners and professionals from all disciplines across country and abroad.

As Lead Consultant, She offers various specialized programs for special interest groups/institutions which includes organizational development, strategic planning, governance structures,, business development, re-modelling the organization, capacity building, counselling & advising, recruitment planning and HR development, quality assurance and monitoring & evaluation, auditing, leading change, leading authentic learning and curriculum planning, project planning & development, Core & Soft Skills, interpersonal skills for personality development and many more.

As Associate Professor, She has been developing programs for private, NGOs and government institutions. In particular she has been facilitating novice and experience practioners/professionals in areas such as education and development for early years, primary and secondary level, educational leadership and administration, educational management, teacher training at postgraduate level, school Improvement programs for executives and principals, curriculum and instructions, language and communication skills that includes literature learning, academic writing, technical/creative writing etc .
