Hey, I’m Rebecca!I wear many hats. I serve those who are need of a healthy lifestyle so they look and feel sexy. I also serve those who are totally ready to make more money in order to be home with their kids so they never have to feel guilty about not being there when they need them the most and also feel secure enough to retire.I give them the tools to look and feel totally sexy physically, mentally, and financially.I also have the opportunity to coach individuals who are looking for a healthy balance between mind and body to bring out total clarity for where you are heading, physically and emotionally.I help them have a physical transformation combined with personal development, while making it feel easy peasy.And in my spare time, I work at as a Registered Nurse at Barnes-Jewish Hospital serving those who are in need in the Trauma Unit.I’ve got four years experience in the fitness industry as an avid gym rat, two years being a bikini athlete. I have worked in health care for almost three years and value my clients thoughts and realize don’t all come from the same background and have the same values.And when I’m not working with others directly or team building on-line, or finding better ways ways to serve my clients I can be found reading an interesting book, at the gym, or on the back of a ZXR-1000 (sport bike).
I have a boyfriend whom I adore and love uber much! We recently relocated for my RN career bless his heart, due to this we had to leave our furry friends back home. I have a great dane, pit mix (Timmy!) who is SUPER cool and likes to walk next to you with your hand in his mouth (weird I know). I LOVE to travel; so far I have been to Puerta Vallarta and Cancun but have a list of places I would like to see out of the states.
