1. Floral arrangements, corsages, centerpieces, Christmas trees, Christmas lighting, garland, bows, presents, and all other major holiday décor arrangements and special event décor setup.
2. Lighting, mannequins’, clothing, holiday décor, jewelry, tableware, centerpieces, interior design, visual balance, color coordination, floral arrangement, etc.
3. Ensured vendors were paid. Setup, catering, teardown, cleanup, decorate, supply food, paper/plastic/cloth supplies, for event or social function. Confirm client invitations were sent, maintenance and housekeeping coordination, Press Releases as needed, etc.
4. Brainstorming/planned annually with other departments and scheduled event calendars accordingly. Over 500 large events, 495 small events, 50 fund raisers, 3 state conferences, 27 local conferences, 4,500 people attendance.
5. Located/recruited and managed over 250 vendors of all types. Maintained PO’s, invoices, W4’s, inventory, shipment notices, Vendors included: musicians, food suppliers, mobile zoo’s, motorcycle clubs, antique car clubs, horse and carriage rides, paper/plastic supplies, household goods, tablecloths, napkins, etocate artists, vendors, potential clients, travel arrangements, conference rooms, etc. to stay within budget.
6. MS Office Suites, publisher, excel, word, power point, outlook, pictures, spreadsheets, records, calendars, newsletters, fliers, in-service / training, and creating newly implemented policies/improvement plans
