Hi, my name is Rafael Portillo Garcia and I am 19 years old. I turn 20 in May. I was born in whiteplains, Newyork but raised in Elmsford. I am half mexican and half gautemalan. I am currently on my second semester at Westchester community college. Im working on getting my associates degree on criminal justice. I am also planning to transfer to John Jay in the city and finish my eductation. In the future I want to join the law enforcement. Ever since I was 15 years old I wanted to become a police officer and make the streets safe for the society. Some of my hobbies are playing soccer, spending time with my family and I also like playing video games. Some of my expertise are talking to people and helping people.
