Radical Recruit is a not-for-profit and community-owned recruitment consultancy which exists to excite, agitate, and shake things up in the recruitment industry. We pride ourselves on representing hidden talent sourced from marginalized groups within London and Greater London. We do what other recruitment consultancies should do: we employ a values-led approach to sourcing our talent with diversity and inclusion at the heart of everything we do. At Radical, we know that everyone has potential but that not everyone has enjoyed the same opportunities in life.
