I have over twenty years of experience in enterprise software development; the past 10 years in the talent management space.

I started in development, then moved to architecture and design. For the past 6 years, I have been focusing my activities in product management and product strategy.

I have a strong B2B experience with all sizes of customers: Enterprise, SMB, and one-man companies.

I am a firm believer in collaboration as demonstrated by 1) my leadership role with the HR-XML Consortium and 2) my engagement in agile methodologies with Agile Vancouver. I achieve objectives through collaborative teamwork with multi-functional, multi-cultural and even multi-company teams
