Bob Terrence Saunders possesses more than five years in the hospitality sector, maintaining an extensive professional network in the travel industry that spans the United States, Spain, and the Caribbean. He currently serves as Assistant General Manager of the hotel and restaurant for the Dunmore Hotel, a resort located on Harbour Island in the Bahamas. In this capacity, he manages operations for the international facility and supervises more than 35 direct reports. Mr. Saunders oversees the training of new employees, manages all meal services, verifies all shipment and invoices, maintains product inventories, and resolves customer issues, while also liaising with the hotel's housekeeping and maintenance departments. For his exemplary service at the Dunmore Hotel, he has garnered the Employee of the Year Award. Bob Terrence Saunders believes education is an ongoing, lifelong process. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Gordon University in Braton, Florida, graduating in 2009 with a degree in Hotel Management. Prior to this, he earned a Career Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the Penn Foster Career School. Mr. Saunders is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management through Penn Foster. Bob Terrence Saunders also enjoys a rich personal life. In addition to his work at the Dunmore Hotel, he engages an array of recreational interests. An avid fan of the water, he enjoys fishing, boating, and sailing. A snorkeler as well, he loves the exotic marine life indigenous to the region. He also maintains memberships in community-oriented organizations like the the Give Life and Maintain Life Foundation. Across all his public and private endeavors, he believes strongly in the power of behaving as an active and deliberate creator of one's own life. Today, Bob Terrence Saunders continues to live and work in the Bahamas.
