I am a Marketing Strategist working in the not for profit sector. While the bulk (ahem, all) of my marketing background was centered around consumer finance products in the banking industry, today, I am humbled by the opportunity to work for an organization centered around driving a different type of ROI.
As the Director of Marketing, my team is responsible for driving the recruitment and ongoing lifecycle strategy behind a complex biological product. In conjunction, this includes the visual identity of all consumer facing collateral across paid advertising/media, online (including social), face to face and print.
In my former life, leading teams of highly qualified marketing professionals, my group focused on large scale portfolio migrations, conversions or reissues; managed marketing, strategy and relationships with 100+ partners in the affinitiy space as well as led the development of strategies focused on retail, activation and pre silent attrition.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with phenomenal mentors who recognized that with a little coaching and development, I just might make it as a marketer. As a result, people development has become a dominant core value in my management style. I believe there is no such thing as over-investing in talent and I will pay it forward for the rest of my career.
