Fort Lauderdale, FL

Raised on a dirt road in the Pine Barron section of New Jersey by the greatest set of parents ever known to man... Spent my early years collecting baseball cards & playing ball in the pit before high school came and football absorbed most of my time for next decade or so. Had a solid HS experience, didn't give 2 f*cks about school (1.8gpa) but was fairly smart (1290sat), either way - my football talent allowed college to be an option. College was one hell of an experience...ended up going to King's College in the mountains of nePA - again the whole school aspect of school kind of escaped me. My football skills really blossomed while my extra curricular activities and social life was certainly flourishing there as well. Anyhow - Graduated in '02 & set out into the "real world" selling art work door to door, my 1st boss ended up becoming a good friend and still is to this day. Coached @ Widener University for a year, worked the Pennant East & then got really pumped up in '04 w/ my bro, the summer before coming down to FL. My 1st couple years here in Florida were somewhat surreal, fell into a godlike position @ the most ridiculous club in Lauderdale at that time. Things were kinda' silly for the next lil' bit. The absurd became the norm & all good things were coming at me a mile a minute. Met a wifey type girl somewhere in there and continued living the dream before falling off a car on Feb. 8, 2007. Was sitting on the trunk & the driver took a turn @~25mph...5 skull fractures, 2 shattered eye sockets, broken nose, cracked sternum & road rash scratched up my pretty mug. Supposedly, flat-lined a couple times somewhere in there too...but - Thanks to all the Love and support that was given to help me in that time of dire need it only took a brief time on/off life support & in/out of a coma before they got me out of the ICU room and on the way to my recovery. Took a little bit to get myself socially acceptable again, it might not have really happened yet...but I'm ok w/ that...it was a real long process to get myself back to feeling like ME since all that happened. Now, during my recovery a heavy * intense study of Self improvement psychology & nutrition was taken on in an effort to ensure the most complete and effective recovery. My goal from way back when I first got out of that hospital and realized I wasn't quite the same person, was to "come back" better than ever before.. years later, my health is better than ever & the realization has come that my experience with that event has turned out to be the most valuable of my life, in a number of ways that few could ever imagine. The unique life experiences & feelings that have been experienced during this recovery brought depth to my universe that few life experiences would reveal. Strength is developed by over coming adversity. All in All, its been a pretty crazy decade of culture & mayhem... Man, looking back on it all, reflecting on the last lil' bit of my life - there have been highs & WTF, mundane boredom & awesome chaos moments. What you have is all that is, things flip on a hair & tomorrow could shift things to an extent that you wouldn't believe it possible - through it all, remain compose in a perpetual state of GRATITUDE. Its kinda' corny writing that, because damn near every success book you read, drives home gratitude as its main message. After getting to live out a situation that drove home huge lessons on gratitude & also humility. Some of the people in my life today have earned forever love status for the things that they've done. Its so true... being grateful for this moment right now, here - its really all there is. All the pain & joy in your past is merely a mental perception of your experiences. They needed to happen for this moment right here, but more importantly... The future moment in your mind that you are creating w/ passion, love, faith & purpose. You are so blessed to be in a physical body and able to consciously perceive all those expressions of the spiritual entity of YOU. 1
