I move resources to people of color, indigenous peoples, migrants, and LGBTQ communities through my work across philanthropy and social impact–with an emphasis on liberating women.

Currently I lead social impact at Zoom, overseeing $35M+ of global strategy. As Director of Tides Collective at Tides.org I launched a $10M strategy consulting group that designed and facilitated new programs in areas including health equity, immigration, education, and worker rights.

Formerly I was the first employee and Director of Advisory Services at NPX, Inc, a fintech startup. I also served as Interim CEO at Full Circle Fund, and was at Google for 5+ years leading a multi-million dollar nonprofit incubator and grant-making portfolio that successfully increased the number of underserved, underrepresented, and female students pursuing computer science across 25 countries.

I've consulted Bay Area individual philanthropists on their giving efforts, and supported two local nonprofits (including Ever Forward Club) as an advisor and Board Member.

I have been heavily influenced by my Iranian roots, Oakland Unified School District's African Male Achievement program, and time spent with women's refugee organizations.

Hailing from Detroit, I currently live in San Francisco with my family including our cat–his name is Jimmy.
