Rhonda Smith
Consultant in Dayton, Ohio
Owner: R Smith Interiors
Personal:
I specialize in consulting, decorating, styling, staging and shopping for interior spaces. I hold a B.A. from Cedarville University and M. Ed. from University of Dayton. My inherent design talent and vision for pulling together creative possibilities became a dream job with the start-up of R Smith Interiors in 2013, featuring interior transformations in residential and commercial settings. I expanded the business to include a staging consultation service in 2014 for those preparing to sell their home. In 2017, Miami Valley Dream Homes, with Keller Williams Advantage, selected me as their exclusive consultant for Occupied Home Staging. I provide design expertise for homeowners and business owners and have led extreme make-overs within several departments at Cedarville University, in Greene County, Ohio. I was honored to be hired by the The Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek, Ohio to design and style their brand new 2019 Easter bunny photograph display located in center court.
Process:
I partner with my clients to produce captivating interiors by considering distinctive interests, individuality, and lifestyle needs. The transformation is thoughtfully tailored to speak both to you and about you. Whether selling a home, beginning life in a newly acquired home, rejuvenating a worn-out room, revamping a place of business, or setting the scene through prop styling, I enhance interior appeal by bringing fresh design and color ideas your way. I make the most of your decorating dollar by providing “Upscale Design with Budget in Mind”.
Promise:
I will discuss the process and details of your project and work within your budget and your schedule to create a distinctive space that meets your needs and expectations.
